Exhibit A – Advisor Compensation Structure
This Exhibit A outlines the compensation structure for Referral Advisors engaged by EverKind Senior Solutions, LLC (“EverKind”). Compensation is based on the level of contribution by the Advisor in sourcing, developing, and placing a client.
Tier 1 – 15% of Earned Placement Fee
Applies when EverKind sources and develops the client, including conducting the initial consultation, assessing needs, narrowing community options, and preparing the client for touring. The Advisor does not conduct the initial consultation or participate in lead development.
Advisor responsibilities at this tier include scheduling appointments with senior living communities, coordinating tour logistics, conducting one or multiple property tours as necessary, and providing post-tour feedback to EverKind. Compensation at this tier is fifteen percent (15%) of the placement fee received by EverKind.
Tier 2 – 25% of Earned Placement Fee
Applies when EverKind sources the lead and the Advisor participates in the initial consultation, development of the client relationship, and conducts tours. Compensation at this tier is twenty-five percent (25%) of the placement fee received by EverKind.
Tier 3 – 50% of Earned Placement Fee
Applies when the Advisor independently sources the lead, conducts the initial consultation, develops the client relationship, schedules appointments, conducts tours, and manages the process through placement. Compensation at this tier is fifty percent (50%) of the placement fee received by EverKind.
Compensation Terms
All compensation percentages are subject to modification by written agreement. Compensation is paid only upon EverKind’s receipt of the placement fee from the senior living community.
