1. Services

EverKind Senior Solutions, LLC (“EverKind”) agrees to provide guidance, consultation, and placement support to assist the Client in identifying appropriate senior living communities based on care needs and lifestyle considerations.


2. No Cost to Client

Client understands that EverKind’s services are provided at no cost to the Client. EverKind may be compensated by a selected senior living community if the Client chooses to move into that community.


3. Community Recommendations

Client understands that EverKind will recommend senior living communities based on professional knowledge, experience, and the Client’s stated needs.


4. Representation

Client is choosing to have EverKind represent them in their search and placement process. While this Agreement is active, Client agrees not to work simultaneously with another senior placement service. Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
